Time to go Shopping

Once those preparations are out of the way, it’s time to find the right property for you!

Buyers Meeting. We encourage and strive for all buyers to come into our office for a brief meeting to discuss their needs and wants. This allows us to truly narrow down what it is you’re looking for and clearly discuss what steps we will be taking to find you the perfect home.

Setting up your Custom Search. Once we have your search criteria locked in, we will set up a personalized custom search for you to begin viewing homes online that fit within your budget and location.

Take a Drive. We encourage buyers during the early stages of shopping to get to know the neighborhoods, complexes or subdivisions, which interest them. Drive around to get a feel for what it would be like to own a property in your desired area(s).

Narrow your Search. Select a few properties that interest you the most and connect with us to set up appointments for private viewings. From here we will reach out to the sellers or listing agents for more details on the property and if there are offers already on the home.

During a Private Showing. Make sure to check the age of mechanicals, imagine your current furniture in the home, walk through the layout to make sure it will be functional for your intended use and explore the yard. Showings can last anywhere between 15 and 45 minutes depending on the home.

Time to Buy. Once you have picked out the home of your dreams and decide you want to make an offer, we will help you navigate through the terms to make your offer the most competitive and appealing to the seller while also keeping your needs and desires at the forefront.
